My DINK Husband’s Scheme? I Reborn and Ruined Him.
Chapter 1

Eighteen years ago, Ethan Bradley, who had promised to be DINK with me forever, suddenly brought home twins.

Ethan claimed they were adopted from a foster home and asked me to raise them.

Since then, I became a mom overnight, changing diapers and raising them to adulthood. Eighteen years later, they were accepted into Harvard and Yale.

At their acceptance celebration, I announced I would transfer my assets to my children and step back from business. The news shocked everyone.

My parents and relatives urged me to reconsider.

But I ignored them and transferred everything to the twins.

As soon as Ethan got the transfer documents, he couldn't contain his excitement. Laughing, he walked through the crowd, put his arm around a woman, and handed me divorce papers, demanding I leave with nothing.

My mind went blank. I couldn't believe I'd been betrayed by those closest to me.

Back then, to be with him childless, I'd undergone surgery to remove my uterus.

Over the years, I'd transformed into the perfect wife and mother, known throughout the city as a model spouse.

Now, facing these divorce papers, I exploded at them.

"Ethan, so you've been with Vanessa Yeats all along!"

Vanessa was my company employee, manipulative and cunning. She'd worked her way up to director.

Vanessa smiled calmly. "Don't be angry, Olivia. If you love Ethan, you should sacrifice for his happiness."

Ethan impatiently said, "Just sign it quickly. What's taking so long?"

Chapter 2

Ethan and I were college classmates. He came from a poor rural family with little money for expenses, often hiding in his dorm eating plain bread.

Due to malnutrition, his hair was yellowish, his face pale, and his posture hunched.

One day he collapsed on the field. When I carried him to the school clinic, I learned of his situation.

I generously covered his living expenses. Later, we sparked a romance and naturally got together.

Vanessa was Ethan's high school classmate and childhood sweetheart. They had broken up, but apparently reconnected later.

"Poor Ms. Blake! She just transferred her fortune to the children, and now he's dropping the act and demanding a divorce."

"I heard they'd agreed to remain childless forever, but then Mr. Bradley brought home twins. They got into Harvard and Yale, and today's celebration was planned for this announcement."

"I suspect these twins are his children with that tramp."

"Isn't it obvious? Otherwise, why would he want Ms. Blake to transfer her fortune to the kids?"

"Jesus! Ms. Blake is so unfortunate, she's been set up."

The guests at the celebration whispered among themselves about this shocking turn of events.

My mother was in tears. "Olivia, you see? You've fallen into their trap. Your father and I always said this man was calculating and approached you for money. We warned you about these twins' mysterious origins and told you to be careful, but you wouldn't listen!"

My father returned, saying with disappointment, "How could my family produce such a foolish daughter? Giving away your fortune for a man!"

Amid the chaos, I looked down at the divorce papers, though no one saw the smile playing at my lips.

"Olivia, don't blame me. I'm a normal man with needs. You have no uterus and can't have children, so I had to find someone else to have them with," Ethan tried to explain, seeking psychological comfort for his betrayal.

I laughed. "It was you who asked me to remove my uterus so we could be childless forever. You said we'd never regret it! I made that huge sacrifice for you."

"That was then. The reality is you can't have children, and I wanted my own kids, so I turned to Vanessa..."

Vanessa nodded. "Yes, a woman who can't have children but has such a large fortune—who will it go to in the future?"

In the banquet hall, everyone nodded silently.

My mother, recalling the past, said tearfully to Ethan, "You came from a poor family that couldn't even afford food, let alone tuition. Your mother was seriously ill with no money for treatment. If not for Olivia helping you both, you and your mother would have died!"

"When you got married, we didn't ask for a penny from you, and we also gave you a house and car as a dowry."

"You loved sweet and sour ribs, so Olivia hired the best chef to make them for you. She even learned to cook them herself. When your brother lost his job and his family fell apart, Olivia's father offered him a manager position with a salary of over a million dollars a year."

Chapter 3

At this moment, all three of us were lost in memories.

My mother murmured, "Our family treated you well, but you repaid our kindness with betrayal, taking my family's fortune."

After a moment of silence, Ethan smiled. "What's the point of bringing this up now?"

He looked at me. "Come on, Olivia, how much longer are you going to stare at that agreement?"

"Even if you don't sign, it doesn't matter much."

"After all, you've already transferred the assets to the children. There's only a few thousand dollars left in our joint assets."

"Considering all the sacrifices you've made for us, I'll leave you those few thousand for your retirement."

After hearing this, everyone around us said, "Yes, if not for Olivia, his mother would have died long ago, and he wouldn't be living so well."

"Alas, Ms. Blake just met the wrong person, completely played."

"And now Mr. Bradley's so smug about it..."

Hearing this, Ethan's smile stretched almost to his ears with satisfaction.

SLAP!

Suddenly, my father rushed forward and slapped him across the face!

"You bastard!"

Having witnessed his daughter lose her fortune and remove her uterus for this man, my father was filled with righteous anger.

"Someone, grab this old fool! Beat him!" Ethan ordered.

Unable to save face, Ethan waved his hand, and several security guards rushed over, surrounding my father menacingly.

These guards, who had been helping my father carry things with smiles earlier, had now changed sides with the wind.

"You dare touch me?" my father challenged.

The guards, still intimidated by my father's authority, hesitated to approach. But Vanessa rushed forward and slapped my father across the face.

My father was stunned.

He was highly respected, once the chairman of the province's business association, associating with prominent people.

Now being humiliated by Vanessa was the ultimate insult!

My father was about to explode with rage, but I pulled him back.

"This is outrageous! Even hitting Mr. Blake!"

"Mr. Blake is known for his charity work, often donating to poor students, struggling families, and the elderly, building schools. And now he's being bullied like this!"

"The only one to blame is his daughter for being so foolish. For a man, she agreed to remove her uterus. Doesn't she know childless women can't change their minds, while men can father children well into their seventies and eighties?"

"Selling your father's land without remorse—if I had a daughter like Olivia, I'd slap her dead!"

"This adulterous couple should be punished! Yet now they're the richest people in the city!..."

The crowd expressed their outrage, pointing fingers at me and directing their anger toward Ethan.

"Had enough?" Ethan surveyed the room, and everyone immediately fell silent, afraid to speak up.

He looked at me. "Olivia, are you signing or not? Give me an answer!"

"I'll sign."

The divorce agreement was simple—leaving me only a few thousand dollars, essentially nothing.

I picked up the pen and quickly signed my name.
